Paige Sapp is on a mission to help others find radiant health. As a dedicated yoga teacher, she has extensive education and experience. She has certifications in Deep Yoga, a classical Hatha training with an emphasis on Vedic philosophy, Kundinyasa, the study of Ashtanga yoga, and the science and technology of Kundalini, as taught by Yogi Bhajan. She also specializes in the Yoga of Recovery, an in-depth look at the 12-steps and Ayurveda. Paige’s style of teaching is informed both by rigorous self-study and a decade of training with her mentors, who are some of the best yoga and movement specialists in the world.
Paige possesses a reverence and understanding of the ancient wisdom and traditions. This comes through joyfully in her light-hearted spirit in class. Kundalini yoga brings balance to the glandular system, strengthens the nervous system, expands lung capacity, and purifies the blood. It ultimately brings balance to the body, mind, and soul.
Paige connects with students on the mat in an honest and relaxed way. She thrives on helping people integrate deep and seemingly mysterious yogic practices into their own lives. The benefits of yoga reach far beyond the physical, but the physical practice is where yoga transformation begins and ends. Paige has found freedom through discipline and wants to impart the wisdom and tools she has developed in over a decade of teaching, training, and learning.
Paige uses tools learned in 12-step and non-12 step programs, yoga, Ayurveda, energy medicine, EFT, and Kundalini in an effort to obtain a nuanced understanding of different types of students and their unique needs. The primary purpose of a class is to provide a safe place where deep healing can occur. She is committed to providing a personalized experience, where she will evaluate and meet each student’s needs.
