Kristy is passionate about empowering people to live their full potential through nutritional therapy. As a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner with a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, she knows how to craft a truly holistic approach to wellness tailored to each individual’s wellness journey. Kristy follows her own motto, “eat well, live happy,” and she looks forward to sharing the joy that comes from clean, healthful practices with her clients.
Through her own struggle with personal health challenges, Kristy identified a critical failure in the traditional approach to mental health treatment: it neglected to address all of the factors that contribute to wellness, especially nutrition. Kristy understands the power of the mind-body connection and the way that what we eat impacts not only our day lives, but our entire outlook on life. She believes that proper nutrition is crucial to healing any physical or mental condition. It’s also key to managing everyday demands and stressors.
Kristy has discovered a wonderful truth and wants to share the good news: eating healthfully can still be enjoyable and delicious. Though food is an essential part of our daily lives, many of us know little about how to create a sustainable, enjoyable, nutrition-rich regimen. Trying to navigate the diet hype, nutrition dogma, and misinformation that’s everywhere today can be difficult. Kristy works with her clients to create personalized plans that respect their bio-individuality, providing the knowledge and tools to eat well and happily for life.
Kristy is a southern California native but has traveled all over the country and lived in many states, including Washington, Utah, Alabama, and Florida. She loves exploring the outdoors, experiencing new places through travel adventures, and enjoying vibrant, healthful meals with family and friends.
