Elaine Rodgerson is thrilled to be working at True Life with a team of caregivers who appreciate the crucial connection between mind and body. She has always been interested in the complexity of the brain and the ability of the human body to strengthen and overcome challenges, and she is a firm believer in the integration of a holistic approach to recovery when treating mental wellbeing and addiction struggles.
Elaine is passionate about helping others, and she enjoys being the first point of contact for patients at True Life. Originally from Michigan, she graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Kinesiology and an emphasis in Exercise Science. Since moving to San Diego, she has fallen in love with the weather and the city’s health-oriented lifestyle. She enjoys taking advantage of the beautiful outdoors by biking, hiking, and going to the beach. As a certified group fitness instructor, Elaine has taught various strength and cardio workout classes and hopes to incorporate her fitness background into her work at True Life.
Dedicated to providing exceptional and compassionate service, Elaine takes pride in encouraging others along their journeys in any way she can. She looks forward to working with each new client and being part of the team that guides them to their most authentic selves.
